Moves to build sports centre on pool site
Kay Elliott are instructed to undertake a scheme to "breath new life" into Plainmoor Swimming Pool.
Kay Elliott have been appointed to undertake a feasability study for an ambitious new multi-purpose sports and swimming pool project near Westlands School in Torquay. Torbay Council, Westlands School and Swim Torquay have joined forces for the project. Plans and ideas are still at an early stage but it is hoped the project would inject new life into the area with a state of the art fitness and swimming facility.
