GeoPlay gains planning consent
Kay Elliott's design for a £1/2m GeoPlay park has gained planning consent.
The project is led by the Paignton Town Community Partnership (PTCP), an independent group of volunteers who want to improve the quality in their local area. This Partnership has received funding from Torbay Council, Safer Communities Torbay and the Chartered Institute of Waste Management, and has made an application to the Big Lottery Fund Community Spaces Flagship Grant of £450,000 to deliver the project. Kay Elliott are currently progressing detailed design and work on site will commence in Autumn 2010 and open open in Spring 2011.
