Kay Elliott’s Abbey Sands project has been selected to illustrate the future of British architecture at the MIPIM UK property event in London. Part of the Architecture Tomorrow Exhibition, the waterfront development is one of only three projects located outside of the capital which have been selected to showcase the future of residential architecture in the UK.

The £12million scheme, for developer Havard Estates, is nearing completion on Torquay’s seafront and includes four restaurants, 14 open market apartments, 13 serviced apartments and wide reaching public realm improvements.

Held at London’s Olympia, the Architecture Tomorrow Exhibition is curated by the Architects’ Journal and features 120 projects ranging across 8 categories from 79 Practices throughout the UK.
