Great Hotel Bike Ride

222 miles in 2 days

This was the challenge covered by a range of property professionals on the Great Hotel Bike Ride from London to Manchester and this year’s Annual Hotel Conference. Returning for his second year, architect Mike Lister, representing Kay Elliott, headed northbound to help raise funds for this year’s charities – Mustard Tree and the Alexander Jansons Foundation.

The group spurred each other on, as they crossed rolling hills, following former rail trails and sped through historic towns, through the occasional tunnel and encountered some great vistas.

The hills of the Peak District rewarded the weary riders with stunning scenery before a final approach into Manchester city centre as the sun was setting. The arrival of the group was celebrated at the base of Beetham Tower by Annual Hotel Conference delegates.

The riders have had their efforts rewarded as the total raised is well on its way to surpassing £10,000. Help them get there quicker by donating here.
