Kay Elliott’s 45m pedestrian bridge spanning the inner harbour

Torbay Council embarked on a £21 million regeneration of Torquay’s waterfront. Kay Elliott designed the 45m moving footbridge to provide a striking visual focus and create an important link between the Old Fish Quay and South Pier.
