Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in Business and Contract Management in the estates and Architectural sector. He's experienced in project and client development within the corporate and leisure property sector with a track record of winning and enabling the delivery of substantial consultancy contracts up to £6m fee value. Within the development field he has won and helped facilitate construction contracts to £60m. He also has experience of tenancy issues and relational databases.
Because he is not involved in the day to day design of projects, Mark is well placed to act as a facilitator for helping Kay Elliott and the wider Client team to deliver best value and quality in their projects. He encourages the use of innovative technologies, in particular project sharing and collaboration tools. He has a passion and enthusiasm for developing excellence for our Clients and our business.
