INTRODUCTION
Andrew "Stoat" Stothert became a Non-Executive Director at Kay Elliott in Febuary 2026. Andrew was previously Founder (in 1999) and Chief Executive Officer of Brand Vista, a consultancy that was one of the first leaders in establishing customer experience as a strategic driver in the experience market. He has worked closely with Merlin Entertainments global expansion and widely across the leisure and sports sectors as well as agriculture and pharma, driven by the insight that every business has a customer experience and that everything they do and say is a communication. He was previously a NED for the pubs, Inns and hotel business Thwaites. His focus on the employee and customer experiences will help ensure we deliver upon our strategy of being a leader in our field.
