INTRODUCTION
Andrew “Stoat” Stothert joined Kay Elliott as a Non-Executive Director in February 2026. He is the Founder (1999) and former Chief Executive Officer of Brand Vista, a consultancy recognised as an early leader in positioning customer experience as a strategic driver within the experience economy.
Andrew has worked extensively with Merlin Entertainments during its global expansion, as well as across the leisure, sports, agriculture, and pharmaceutical sectors. His approach is underpinned by the belief that every organisation delivers a customer experience, and that everything it does and communicates contributes to that experience.
He previously served as a Non-Executive Director for Daniel Thwaites, the pubs, inns, and hotels business.
Andrew’s deep understanding of both employee and customer experience plays a key role in supporting Kay Elliott’s ambition to lead the field.
