#### INTRODUCTION

John is a chartered Architect with over 20 years of practice experience. He joined Kay Elliott in June2014 and has since been involved with a number of projects, including a large scale hotel and residential scheme in Torquay, a luxury hotel and spa in Salcombe, the new proposals for Bath rugby stadium and several visitor attraction projects.

### SKILLS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Specialising in the hospitality and leisure sectors, John also has further experience in student accommodation, educational, and church buildings. ​

John’s experience in the attractions sector ranges from the proposed replanning of Paignton Zoo to accommodate a multi-species savannah exhibit to attractions within the Grade II\* listed County Hall in London.

 John’s strengths are in project delivery & collaboration, co-ordinating projects from early design stages through construction to final handover, and in drawing on his extensive technical knowledge to develop solutions for complex design challenges.
