Permission granted for 68 dwellings, Paignton

Outline planning permission has been awarded for the development of 68 dwellings just off Luscombe Road, Paignton.

Kay Elliott has worked hard to overcome the site’s unique set of challenges in order to gain approval, including protected landscape, surface water drainage, utilities easements, topography and access.

Having already completed a Building for Life Assessment we are looking forward to progressing the detailed design to deliver a high quality development in a sustainable location, providing a mix of housing types to meet local needs.
