Appointments at Kay Elliott

Anna Schubert has been promoted to Associate from her previous position as Architect. She has extensive experience as an Architect in both the UK and Germany in the design and delivery of hotel, leisure and high specification residential projects. She has also worked on master planning, student accommodation, commercial offices, education, healthcare and conservation schemes in the UK and Europe. 
Anna is currently lead architect for the £12 million Salcombe Harbour Hotel and Estura apartments. Currently on site, the landmark waterfront development includes 10 luxury villas and two elegant apartments situated in one of the most beautiful and exclusive waterside settings in Britain.

Paul Mitchell has been appointed as a senior Architect. He brings with him over twenty years’ experience working on a wide range of prestige buildings in London to £50m in value as well as extensive knowledge on large public sector and education projects.

He will be working on Torwood Street, which is a £20 million mixed use development on a former brownfield and car park site in a conservation area of Torquay. The development includes a 110-bedroom hotel, office space retail units and a restaurants.
