International Property Award

Havard Estates' Abbey Sands scheme has won the Best UK Mixed-Use Development category at the prestigious International Property Awards 2014. Kay Elliott were proud to attend the awards with the Havard Estates team, held at the London Marriott, Grosvenor Square, to celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence and Abbey Sands will now go forward to represent the UK in the 2014-2015 International Property Awards later this year where will be competing against other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe to find the World’s Best in each category.
