Kay Elliott Raises £3,634 For Children's Charity, Coram

Mark Jones has successfully completed the Aedas 1,000 mile gruelling annual endurance cycle ride from London to Cannes, raising vital funds for the UK’s oldest Children’s Charity, Coram. Mark, one of only 17 riders to complete the entire route in less than 6 days, said "nothing prepares you for the exhaustion of riding nearly 200 miles each day at speed, it was the most extreme test of endurance I've ever entered testing me to my limits. But I completed it with the support and encouragement of those around me and in the knowledge of the fantastic work Coram achieve".
