A major mixed-use scheme in the centre of Bournemouth comprising a new twelve storey 4 star Hilton Hotel, seven storey Hampton Hotel and 45 luxury residential apartments including 15 luxury penthouse apartments with Interior Styling by Ted Baker.

Kay Elliott Architects acted as monitoring architect on-behalf of THAT Group, for the £45m development, who specialise in hotel and leisure industry.

Together the two new landmark hotels deliver around 300 bedrooms, Schpoons & Forx restaurant headed by Chef Matt Tebbutt, LEVEL8IGHT rooftop Sky Bar, a leisure club, swimming pool, conferencing facilities and a café.
